Community Commitment

Our officers, directors and staff are all encouraged to take leadership roles and volunteer for the cause of their choice. Contributing time, treasure and talent, you'll find F&M has an alliance with many civic, church and service organizations.

Examples of How We Serve

F&M has taken a leadership role in educating our communities about financial literacy. Along with basic banking classes taught at various levels, we sponsor the Ever-Fi program in our high schools. This web-based program helps empower our high school students to make informed financial decisions. You'll see F&M at college fairs, giving students bank tours, sponsoring numerous events, and so much more!

Annually, F&M donates to our client's church of their choice. Our staff serves our area churches as parishioners, choir members, trustees and committee members.

From the Chamber, to the local medical clinic and nursing home, to the school and Rotary, F&M has representatives serving these very worthy organizations in a multitude of ways.
